International Spanish Language Academy, ISLA is an IB Spanish Immersion K-6 school located in Minnetonka MN. It’s current enrollment is around 330 students. Mission: ISLA, a K-6 Spanish immersion community, empowers the whole child by nurturing the development of personal growth, strong character, academic excellence, and global vision. ISLA is seeking substittute teachers. These are on going opportunities. Substitute teachers must be willing to work on a day-to-day or long-term basis, and be willing to be called late at night or early in the morning for a job that same day. Substitute teachers will follow lesson plans set by the regular classroom teacher and will use techniques consistent with school philosophy to maintain a productive learning environment. Grades K-8 Extended Day Assistant: This is a part time (12 month) position working with students in K-Grade 8 after school, on school release days, and during the summer. The ideal candidate should be able to work as part of a team, supervise and work well with students, and effectively communicate with parents. In addition, this candidate should also have the ability to plan and implement interactive activities for children The candidate must be committed to the MPA philosophy. This position is not eligible for benefits.

Assistant Director of Special Education/Student Services
