Physical Therapist

SouthWest Metro Educational Intermediate District #288, has a part time position available for a Physical Therapist. The position will begin with the 2017-18 school year. The position is for three days a week (with a flexible schedule). Responsibilities Include: *Provide direct and indirect service to the students from Preschool through High School years in multiple sites *Provide initial and ongoing evaluation and assessment for students. *Implement IEP’s in accordance with District practices and state and federal guidelines *Maintain due process paperwork and reporting for MA billing *Work cooperatively with teams to provide appropriate programming for students. Location: *Assignment will be in member school districts of SouthWest Metro Intermediate District (locations may include the following districts: Waconia, Watertown-Mayer, Norwood Young America, Jordan and/or Belle Plaine) Hours: 24 hours a week during the school year with a flexible schedule.
