The Richfield Dual Language School, a suburban Spanish two-way immersion elementary school located in Richfield, Minnesota, is currently seeking talented, committed elementary classroom immersion teachers for next fall for grades K-5. We are seeking individuals to teach in this school of choice who have demonstrated the ability to collaborate at a deep level professionally and who have a strong desire to provide effective instruction to linguistically and ethnically diverse students. Experience teaching in language immersion programs, bilingual education programs, or other sheltered instruction contexts is highly preferred but not required. In our instructional 90:10 program model, classroom teachers provide instruction strictly in Spanish for the majority of the primary years, and the amount of English instruction is slightly increased in the intermediate grades.
