Support communication and build positive relationships with students, special education teachers, general education teachers, support staff, and administration.

Position Description:

The Middle School Principal is the educational leader at the school and creates and maintains a positive climate with high expectations for all students and staff, provides evaluation and professional coaching to instructional and support staff, manages and allocates resources in accordance with the District’s vision and mission, works towards implementation of district and school goals and policies with a strong emphasis on Equity and closing the opportunity gap, all while building and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, and the community.

Typical Responsibilities:

Ensures school site adherence and compatibility with District goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives; and sets the climate on issues related to applicable initiatives and policies.

Participates in a variety of meetings, which may include; District meetings, parent conferences, special education meetings and staff/committee meetings and other related meetings.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES COORDINATOR
