Full time teaching position available at the Willmar Senior High School. We are looking for a CTE licensed teacher in either Agriculture or Technology Education.

Our Ag and Tech departments are made up of 7 teachers. We currently have 5 Ag teachers and 2 Tech Ed teachers. We have some classes that need to be staffed but we are open to hosting classes based upon the new teacher’s interests and areas of expertise.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Math Teacher is responsible for supporting Nova Classical’s students with dedication, enthusiasm, adaptability, kindness, passion, and energy. Much of the work of the Math Teacher consists of preparing and providing lessons, and providing developmentally appropriate instruction on Math. The Math Teacher should also be able to supervise lessons to ensure that learners interact in a supportive and respectful manner. The Math Teacher is employed at-will and operates as a professional within the guidelines established by Nova Classical Academy. In cooperation with Nova Classical staff and volunteers, the Math Teacher works to fulfill the school’s mission in the following areas of responsibility:

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide instruction of core curriculum with appropriate use of instructional resources
  • Meet and/or exceed expectations on formal evaluations
  • Complete required reports for parents and/or administration
  • Perform classroom management duties including enforcing student conduct rules and providing appropriate disciplinary action, as needed
  • Collaborate with staff, administration, and service providers for the successful creation and implementation of behavioral and/or learning plans
  • Supervise student contact in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings
  • Attend grade level, faculty, staff and other meetings and/or training, as required
  • Adherence to Nova Classical policies, procedures, and the principles of classical education
  • Other duties as assigned

Science & Chemistry Teacher, Grades 6-12 (2023-2024) – 1. FTE

Academic Faculty – Secondary (9-12), All Fields

The Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists (SPCPA) is accepting applications for full-time and part-time academic faculty in Secondary (9-12) subject areas of Mathematics, English, Social Studies, Life Sciences, Spanish and American Sign Language.
