Responsibilities: Position provides instruction and support in the curriculum areas for which employed; make appropriate use of instructional resources and technologies. Implement the goals and objectives of the District and the school and/or program for which employed. Write and implement individual student goals and objectives. Maintain contact and communications with parents of students and work with them in the development of each student.

Required Qualifications: Valid Minnesota teaching license in appropriate field.

Desired Qualifications:Considerable knowledge of the curriculum areas the teacher is responsible for instructing.
Considerable knowledge of educational philosophy, teaching methods and approaches, current researched best practices and strategies.

Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate activities that assist students with college and career planning, job procurement and placement after high school graduation. Implement the goals and objectives of the District and the school and/or program for which employed.

Illustrated Duties: The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to, the following fundamental job duties:Facilitate and provide student career planning activities for all students 9-12; schedule individual and group planning sessions
Maintain and organize career center
Disseminate scholarships/awards/financial aid information
Provide individual assessment and interpretation and/or coordinate group testing (PSAT, ACT, SAT, AP Testing)
Perform liaison duties with Hennepin Technical Institute as well as organize information and coordinate college visitations

Required Qualifications: Licensed teacher with a Teacher Coordinator/Work-Based Learning License.

Center-Based DCD Paraprofessional

Center-Based DCD Paraprofessional- Centennial Elementary
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, supervision of students indoors and/or out of doors, tutoring students under the direct supervision of a teacher, general classroom clerical support, assisting students with hygiene needs, facilitating behavioral redirection and intervention, physically transferring students and assisting in ACE instructional job responsibilities.
