As an Enrichment Manager, this full-time role will design, build and deliver teen and adult engagement opportunities in the Spring Lake Park Schools community that will ignite a “Spark” in each participant.  A “Spark” that inspires, engages, motivates or ignites a passion that leads to feeling valued, inspired and having a sense of belonging in SLP.

This unique position will develop programs, services, activities and opportunities that enrich the lives of our teens and adults in our community. With a strong emphasis on building relationships, developing partnerships and serving our community this position will have district-wide impact.

Duties of this job include, but are not limited to: Design programming, activities, events and opportunities with a customer focused lens to meet changing community needs
Deliver day-to-day services, operations and supervision that exceeds our internal and external customer expectationsRecruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff
Contract with program providers and manage vendor relationships
Assist with program marketing throughout the district and community
Maintain class information for catalog and website
Manage registration and payroll
Review and assess program enrollment and class evaluations; provide regular reports to Coordinator
Communicate regularly with school administrators, secretaries, instructors, service providers and parents
Manage all aspects of the development of an Intramural League at the High School including hiring coaches, instructors, team formation, coach recruitment and training, schedules and site supervision
Plan and execute special events each year. Duties include managing event registration, event logistics and event day support.
Promote a positive image of the Spring Lake Park School District and Community Education programs both internally and externally
Develop, monitor and manage the budget
Seeks grant or funding opportunities and pursues when appropriate

Community Education Youth Enrichment Program Manager – #4916 Spring Lake Park

As a member of our “Spark” Team you will design, build and deliver diverse opportunities including enrichment, targeted services academic and summer programs. Developing programs, services and activities that light a spark will further our mission of helping each student feel valued, inspired and have a sense of belonging leading to academic success. We are looking for a talented, charismatic, passionate and dynamic individual for this role.

As a Youth Programs “Spark” Manager you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our students and families through engaging, inspiring and diverse programming. This position will be instrumental in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs. A strong partnership with community organizations, service-learning opportunities and connecting our students to our community will be expected.
