The Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) teacher provides leadership to teachers and administrators on the delivery of instructional opportunities for ECSE special education students in general and special education settings. To accomplish the task, the ECSE teacher must work closely with the staff, administration, and community of Barnum Public Schools.
