Required Qualifications:
1)       Must possess an appropriate MN Teaching license; Science 5-8

4)       Effective communication skills
5)       Demonstrated ability in classroom management
6)       Knowledge and understanding of instructional theory and practice

Summary of Duties:
Coordinator will recruit, train and supervise staff; oversee  the marketing, the implementation and evaluation of program activities and objectives; monitor program functions to assure compliance with district policies,  state and federal laws or guidelines pertaining to school-aged child care.

Required Qualifications:4 year college degree in Human Resources, Child Development, Education, Recreation or closely related field
A minimum of two years experience as a child care program manager
Experience hiring, training and supervising childcare staff
Demonstrated skills in planning, budgeting and communication
PREFERRED:Experience with Eleyo or equivalent online childcare registration program
Experience working with county childcare assistance programs
