Equity Alliance MN Program Manager for Youth Programs

The Program Manager provides leadership and expansion of middle school and high school culturally responsive youth programs, services, and projects; creates programs to elevate youth voice to improve educational and community performance in racial equity and to close achievement and opportunity gaps.  The Program Manager identifies the source of gaps in outcomes, selects proven solutions to fill the gaps, creates new solutions, integrates the solutions into Equity Alliance MN’s portfolio, and implements the solutions.
