River Falls School District is seeking 0.5FTE Speech and Language Clinician. This position will be primarily responsible for speech/language therapy at Rocky Branch Elementary and some 4K community sites. Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Wisconsin DPI speech and language pathologist license early childhood through grade 12.
The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles, practices, and procedures of speech language therapy; the normal development and use of speech, voice, fluency, and language; and the types, causes, and treatments of speech disorders. Clinician must have the ability to evaluate the functional status of students; design treatment plans; provide safe and effective therapy to students with speech/language impairments; and the knowledge and skills in the augmentative communication devices and specialized equipment. Ability to collaborate effectively with general education staff, special education staff, and administration to meet the diverse needs of students.

Primary Responsibilities:
As a Special Education Work Experience Teacher, you will play a crucial role in guiding students with disabilities in exploring career options and gaining valuable workplace skills. You will:
-Design and implement individualized work-based learning programs aligned with IEPs and student interests.
-Partner with community businesses and organizations to secure work placements for students.
-Provide ongoing support and supervision to students during their work placements.
-Develop students’ vocational skills, social-emotional skills, and workplace readiness.
-Collaborate with general education teachers, special education colleagues, community agencies, and families to ensure student success.
-Document student progress and progress reports.
-Stay up-to-date on best practices in work-based learning for students with disabilities.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
-Licensed Teacher/Coordinator work based learning
-Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.
-Experience developing and implementing work-based learning programs is highly desirable.
-Strong collaboration and communication skills.
-Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and community partners.
-Creativity and resourcefulness in adapting learning experiences to individual needs.
-A passion for helping students with disabilities reach their full potential.
This position is located at the Transition Center and will be working with young adults.

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the teacher and/or the building principal and guidance of the classroom teacher, performs a variety of duties involved in the educational support of students. The Educational Paraprofessional monitors students, supports in behavior and discipline needs, and works with students to reinforce material that are introduced by the teacher.
Job Qualification:
Must have a High School Diploma/GED and or College Degree. Or must be able to pass the ParaEducator Assessment upon hire.

Job Summary:
The Worthington School District 518 is seeking a technology technician for support in first-tier implementation of I-Pads and classroom technical support for staff and students in the K-12 educational programming. This position will be expected to support technology staff in the initial setup, distribution, and maintenance of all learning devices in a dual platform and assist all staff in the use and troubleshooting of technology.
