Health Services Supervisor

Eden Prairie School District is seeking applicants to serve as our Health Services Supervisor. Under the direction of the Director of Special Services, the Health Services Supervisor provides leadership in the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of health services.

Eden Prairie is a school district with 1,400 employees, serving approximately 9,000 students. The district is recognized for its quality initiatives and its leadership in educational programming.

Salary and Benefit Overview:

Salary
$92,402 – $97,225, depending on education and experience (AST Level K)
Working days per year
220 days per year
Vacation
5 days a year

9 paid holidays each year
Life Insurance
Life insurance fully paid by the district for an amount equal to twice the employee’s annual base salary
Long Term Disability Insurance
Long term disability fully paid by the district.
Medical/Hospitalization
Medical/hospitalization insurance offered for single and family coverage with low deductibles and generous contributions by the district.
Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is fully paid by the district for single or family coverage.
Sick Leave
12 days per year cumulative to 254 days, plus an additional 14 days for first year (prorated to start date)

Behavior Strategist

Job Summary:  Behavior Strategist primarily supports students receiving specialized educational services who have significant behavior needs. The behavior strategist manages referrals and supports the building special education team by working with the student and their teacher and special education staff to assess needs and develop a behavior intervention plan and strategies of support.

Major Job Functions; Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Ability and Skills:  See attachment.

Qualifications: 

  • State of Minnesota licensure in special education any area (EBD preferred), school psychology or school social work
  • Preferred Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or related experience preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience and specialty in behavioral assessment, behavior intervention planning, intervention implementation, positive behavior support and evidence based instruction

Note:  Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the School Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher Specialist

BRIC is seeking a licensed Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to join our team serving eleven school districts in north central Minnesota.
This position provides both direct and indirect services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing across a range of educational settings. The successful candidate will work alongside special education teams, general education teachers, educational interpreters, and families to ensure students have full access to instruction and communication.

● Deliver direct and indirect DHH services aligned with student IEPs
● Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in evaluation and IEP development
