Salary Range: $53,432 – $108,172 for a 184 day contract @ a 1.0 FTE  (Salary will be prorated based on contract days in assignment, education and experience)
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  Compensation will be determined by District 112 and the Chaska Education Association (CEA).

Speech Langauge Pathologist

Position Summary: Performs professional work assessing and delivering instructional and clinical services to individual and small groups of students with speech and language impairments, and related work as apparent or assigned.

Position Requirements: Master’s degree in speech language pathology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Minnesota licensure in speech language pathology; Certificate of Clinical Competency preferred.

Physical Demands: This work requires the occasional exertion of up to 25 pounds of force; work regularly requires sitting, speaking or hearing and using hands to finger, handle or feel, frequently requires repetitive motions and occasionally requires standing, walking, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, reaching with hands and arms, pushing or pulling and lifting; work has standard vision requirements; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels and to receive detailed information through oral communications and/or to make fine distinctions in sound; work requires preparing and analyzing written or computer data, operating machines and observing general surroundings and activities; work has no exposure to environmental conditions; work is generally in a moderately noisy location (e.g. business office, light traffic).

Other Skills & Abilities: Thorough knowledge of speech and language diagnosis and therapy principles, practices and procedures; thorough knowledge of casework methods and procedures; thorough knowledge of local, state and federal resources, programs, procedures, laws, rules and regulations; skill in using computer equipment; ability to conduct interviews, assessments and diagnosis effectively and analyze needs and problems objectively; ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, orally and in writing; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with children, students, parents, staff and administration and the general public. Maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding students and staff.  Reliable and consistent attendance.

Language Skills: Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and other professionals on a regular basis on matters concerning student abilities, school programs, and progress; effective written communication skills related to assisting in the writing of Individual Evaluation Plans and Educational Evaluations.

Based on candidates’ education and experience per the OEA Master Agreement *pending contract negotiations.

The Eden Prairie School District is seeking applicants for Associate Principal of Student Activities at Eden Prairie High School. This role provides leadership and oversight for a comprehensive student activities and athletics program that serves approximately 3,000 students and engages a staff of educators and activity advisors.

The Associate Principal of Student Activities works in close partnership with the principal and administrative team to lead, coordinate, and continuously improve student activities, athletics, and co-curricular programs that enhance student engagement, belonging, and overall school experience. This leader provides supervision and support to activity staff and coaches, ensures safe and well-managed events, and promotes programs that align with the academic mission of the school and the success of each student.

Position requirements:

  • Current Minnesota Principal License, or ability to obtain.
  • A minimum of 3 years successful teaching experience.

Eden Prairie School District Associate Principal of Student Activities – Eden Prairie High School Salary and Benefit Package*

Salary: $166,030 – $169,330 depending on experience and education level.  These numbers are also based on the 2025-2026 contract.
Vacation: 28 vacation days/year
Holidays: 12 paid holidays/year
Life Insurance: Life insurance fully paid by the employer for an amount equal to twice the employee’s annual salary.
Long Term Disability Insurance: Long term disability fully paid by the employer.

Director of Student Services (Special Education)

The School District of Onalaska is accepting applications for a Director of Student Services to start July 1, 2026. This position reports to the Superintendent and is a member of the district leadership team. The goal of the position is to provide comprehensive strategic leadership in all program areas under the district’s student services department in collaboration with other district administrators. As part of our Leadership Team, the Director will be a key player in leading our comprehensive strategic plan to become a model school district in service to students, staff and community.

The Director of Student Services has district-wide responsibility for the development, direction, coordination, implementation and evaluation of all programs and services included in the Student Services department. Such programs and services include: district enrollment, open enrollment, special education, Section 504, child find, school health services, school counseling, psychological services, social work services, student mental health services, school age parent programming, homebound instruction, homelessness, foster care and Title IX coordination.
