Position Summary:

  • The Resource Specialist will provide training, consultation and support to teachers, instructional staff, administrators and school-based leadership teams to facilitate the implementation of System of Supports at the school level. This role will work collaboratively with the Teaching and Learning. This role is to support staff and involves direct student contact and coordinating with families.  Responsibilities include directly supporting all learners, with an emphasis of those learners identified as needing direct and indirect support as a result of learning loss caused by the Covid19 pandemic.

Qualifications:

  •  Must hold appropriate Minnesota teaching license

Early Childhood Special Education Teacher

  • Early Childhood Special Education Teacher
  • 1.0 FTE

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and implement research-based instructional practices in ECSE classrooms; assist ECSE team in using data to drive and refine instructional practices; assist in identifying exemplary supplemental and intervention early learning materials
  • Monitors and evaluates the system for referral, assessment and service options for the child referral process
  • Interprets and monitors the criteria for early childhood special education eligibility
  • Conducts assessments, testing and diagnostic examinations of students for the purpose of identifying learning issues, and recommending courses of action or corrective procedures to overcome issues and maximize learning
  • Assists students and teaching staff in implementing students’ IEP’s and behavior management plans

English Teacher

Qualifications

  • Valid Minnesota teaching license in K-12 Visual Arts preferred
  • Interested applicants with a 4-year degree in the Arts or related field can apply and may qualify for an alternative teaching licensure or a short-call sub license
  • Flexible schedule available.  Approximately 5 hours per week for 2-3 days per week
  • Possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to work with creative high school students
  • Student-focused
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Previous experience preferred

Special Education Teacher
