VARSITY HEAD COACH- GIRLS SWIM & DIVE

POSITION:
Varsity Head Coach- Girls Swim & Dive – $4,855
Season Dates: August 14, 2023 – November 11, 2023

DUTIES:
Oversee all aspects of the Centennial High School Girls Swim and Dive program including but not limited to setting up practices, meets, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and meets; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; willingness to work in collaboration with the booster club and regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall program. Must be ablet o adjust work schedule for practices and games.

Preferences:
A BA/BS Degree and MN Teacher License with coaching certificate highly preferred.

Qualifications:
A strong background in high school, collegiate, and/or club swimming and diving competition as a participant and coach is required. Strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in co-curricular activities. Leadership skills including but not limited to organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution. Ability to work collaboratively with student athletes, parents, staff, and community.

Assistant Track and Field Coach- Sprints – $4,207 – Beginning March 20, 2023

Season Dates: March 20, 2023 – June 17, 2023 – 3:30 pm Start

Duties: Serve as assistant coach, specifically sprints coach for the Centennial High School Track and Field program. This may include, but not limited to setting up practices, invitationals, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and games; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; working with booster club and regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall program. Must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and competitions. Preferences: A BA/BS Degree and MN Teacher License with coaching certificate highly preferred.

Qualifications: A strong background in youth, high school, or club track and field as a participant and/or coach is required. Strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in co-curricular activities. Leadership skills including but not limited to organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution. Ability to work with student athletes, parents, staff, and community. Previous experience as an athlete and/or coach.

Salary: Compensation in accordance with Schedule B; $4,207.

  • Position provides instruction and support in the curriculum areas for which employed; make appropriate use of instructional resources and technologies.

DISTRICT WIDE LICENSED CARE SPECIALIST FLOAT- Temporary
1.0 FTE – Licensed Care Specialist- LPN or RN
-Assignment will be at least 6 weeks long with potential to be 12 weeks in length
8 hours/day- hours dependent on building need
Elementary School Hours: 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Middle and High School Hours: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) with the State of Minnesota.

WAGES: Consistent with the current Teachers’ Master Agreement. Starting at $23.57.

Paraprofessional

We are looking for the ideal candidates to fill full-time paraprofessional positions at CE Jacobson Elementary. These positions are approximately 7 hours per day. Candidates must have the ability to work with students who have academic and/or emotional/behavioral disabilities and be able to work as a team with other adults. The Tri-County and Greenbush-Middle River (GMR) schools are located in northwestern Minnesota.  The Tri-County Schools’ main office is located in Karlstad, Minnesota. The Greenbush-Middle Rivers’ main office is located in Greenbush, Minnesota. Combined enrollment of the school districts is approximately 450 PreK-12 students.

LEADERSHIP PROFILE: Tri-County and Greenbush-Middle River Schools seek a Superintendent who:

Previous superintendent experience preferred but not required.

SALARY/CONTRACT: A comprehensive compensation package will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. The contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute.
